From Canada to Far East Asia and back: How TSE delivers an ongoing supply of LNG to global markets

Serving three customers over 25 locations in the Shandong province of China, we deliver an ongoing supply of LNG through our convenient and flexible multimodal container transporting operation. Our factory manager visits Qingdao regularly as technical support, working with us to optimize the logistic process and safety management. Regular meetings allow us to discuss customer issues as detailed as possible so that any problems that arise can be avoided in the future. 

For Linyi Yude Energy, the customer did not know how to unload the LNG and did not know how to operate the container pneumatic valve. Our logistics and safety managers, along with the assistance of our service department, were able to direct the customer, step by step, through a phone call with detailed instructions. 

For Jinan Energy, the customer did not know how to unload the LNG and had never operated the LNG tanks before. We were able to address this by sending over the instruction diagrams, and using phone call and video instruction at the same time until the problem was solved. 

For Xintai Lantian LNG, the LNG gas station equipment and accessories were too old to use. We were able to send over new sets of tools and accessories, along with the necessary PPE for operators to work under the most safe conditions.

Safety assurance is a major concern of ours, and all of our operators follow safety guidance and checking procedures. We have strong emergency reaction capabilities, LNG stocks that are ready to be loaded or dispatched, and drivers that are on-call and ready to react fast. Our drivers are all trained and patient while communicating with different vendors through the entire logistic chain. Regardless of the bad weather or rough conditions, we make sure to reach our customers on time by initiating deliveries up to 4 hours ahead of schedule.
